Thank you for downloading my file. If you have any questions that are beyond the scope of this help file, please visit the official MailBeez thread.
This plugin allows you to send an automated email to your customers several days after they have purchased something from your store. The email will list products they have purchased and will ask your customer if everything was OK, if they're satisfied and will let them know they can contact you in case of problems.
This is not a standalone module - it's just a plugin for the MailBeez Aftersales Automatic Trigger Email Campaigns plugin.
You need to install that module first before you can use this plugin. You can find the base module in the Free Plugins section or click here.
Before you proceed, make a backup of your database. Installation is done at your own risk.
Unzip the files from "files" directory to your computer. Connect to your server via FTP. Simply upload your files using your FTP client (I recommend using Filezilla) to the store root. Be careful, the store root directory on the server is where your store is installed, not necessarily domain root. (HINT: mailhive directory is in the same level as admin, cache, includes directories).
No files are overwritten.
To configure the module, go to Admin->Tools->MailBeez and select MailBeez Modules tab.
The module is disabled by default, you should click on the module name and then click the install button.
After the module is installed, enable it and set the configuration options as you seem fit.
If you want the module to run every day automatically, you can set up a CRON job in your hosting account control panel (if supported).
For cPanel, go to CRON jobs, go to Add New Cron Job, set it to run every day, once a day at the time you wish. Then, in Command field, type the following:
wget 'http://www.YOURDOMAIN.COM/mailhive.php?xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx=run'
The xxx... is specific to each store. Go to Admin->Tools->MailBeez and select Configuration tab. Scroll down and you will find your own Secure Cronjob-URL box. Copy the first row and replace the code above with it. Don't forget to start your command with wget and wrap the copied text in single quote marks.
None that I know of.
This plugin is a modification of the MailBeez Simple Review Reminder found in the Plugins section. I don't take credit for writing the code, only for modifying it.
If you find this module useful, please consider donating via PayPal to leo@zenexpert.com to ensure this module is supported and improved ($5 - $10 recommended).
Once again, thank you for downloading this file. As I said at the beginning, I'd be glad to help you if you have any questions relating to this file. No guarantees, but I'll do my best to assist.
