Floating Live Help Sidebox

This is for use with the Live Multi Yahoo/Skype mod that can be found here:

you may have to do some modifications for the above mod to work with the current release

This is simply a fantastic module to keep your live help box in front of your customers view without being a total
nuisance. It scrolls with the page smoothly and when the user stops scrolling, the sidebox has a subtle snap to action bringing it to a halt

It allows for the live help box to be disabled on the catalog with the benefit of keeping this information
in front of the customer.
