Hebrew UTF-8 Interface Pack

took the hebrew made by oleg/alex/alexander and updated/corrected it.
the original hebrew is located at:

opened a new thread because this is UTF-8 and the other one was in an other encoding...

it works great for zen cart 1.3.8.

currently only the store front is in Hebrew...
will try to update the rest (admin section)...

make sure your db will work with UTF-8 encoding.
