Tell a Friend on Product Page with Accordion Effec

This contribution adds a Tell A Friend form at the bottom of the product info page. It can be turn on, off or "On with Accordion Script" from the admin. This last option allows for the form to have an accordion effect. You can see how this contribution works by visiting the link below:
