Bulletin Board Integration via Notifier Hooks

This plugin converts the Zen Cart bulletin-board integration (as of v1.5.1 via /includes/classes/class.phpbb.php) to a collection of notifier hooks, allowing other plugins to be written using observer-class scripts to integrate various bulletin boards into Zen Cart. It provides the framework into which a bulletin-board can be integrated — it provides no functionality other than the standardized interface.
