Confirm Email Address Entry

Customers often make errors when entering their email address.
This contribution adds a second email field to the registration form and checks to make sure both email entries match.

Requires manual edits to 4 files. The document doesn't explain the use of overrides, but you should use them for all edits except the .js file.
