CSS Horizontal Dynamic Menu (Paul's edition)

This mod will allow you to have a horizontal css based
flyout menu for your zen cart header which works like the existing categories sidebox. Additional menu buttons can be easily added as desired in the template.

This mod was built upon a previous version built for earlier versions of zen
cart.
