Enhanced Specials on Main Page

The purpose of this contribution is to change the layout/display of the "Monthly Specials For..." section of the main_page. It changes it from displaying multiple thumbnails with prices underneath to displaying a larger image (product_info size) with the prices out the right along with the product description. The description will truncate automatically if you have a long description. The intended effect of all of this is to more prominently publicize your Specials. If you have more than one item on Special, Zen Cart should randomly select one each time the main_page is loaded.

Only two files are modified, neither of them are core files (that is, you should use an override copy of each).
