Multiple Shipping Zones Module

Note: This is different from Zone Table Rate and Zone Flat Rate; They allow for multiple zones to be used on table rate shipping, whereas this contribution allows for multiple shipping options, meaning the same method can be
used for several options given to the customer.

This module installs new files which allow you to run multiple zones at the same time, this useful if you want to offer different types of shipping by zone. For example I use to it to have expedited and standard postage ran to a bunch of different zones.

The module comes with 4 extra zones (giving a total of 5 with the one built in) although more can easily be added following the instructions further down.

The new files are clones of the original zones module installed with ZC 1.3.9e. The install requires no core over rides or modifications. Full instructions are included.
