Scrolling Whats New Sidebox

This will make your New Products (tpl_whats_new.php) into a marquee that will scroll up or down. This will load a set amount of specials defined in the maximum values config page in the admin into an array and scroll them using the Marquee tag for IE.

Install is easy just copy the file to your template overide directory. There are some editable options at the top of the page if you edit it. Scroll amount, scroll delay etc....

NOTE: Will require some edits for multi-lingual support.
