演示模板中插件如何生效

RT，安装演示模板多遍，始终看不到插件起作用。
我是按照推荐演示模板贴子的步骤来的，一直没有成功，于是把3 4 5之间顺序倒着来了几遍，插件还是不起作用。查看文件，rss文件也确实在服务器上。尝试安装一个边框登录的插件，结果成功了。难道每个插件的文件还要再上传一遍吗？
这里面有什么要注意的吗？请各位大侠赐教。。。
以lightbox为例，复制sql语句后再send,反馈的结果如下：
